How do you preserve document metadata and folder structures?
Metadata is mapped field by field — authors, dates, matter associations, document types, security groups — and folder structures are mapped explicitly to the target's model, whether that's workspaces, cabinets, or matter folders. Validation then compares the target against the source record by record, so a document that arrived without its metadata surfaces as a failure, not a discovery weeks later.
Can this run under NDA in our environment?
Yes. Full security documentation is available under NDA, and private-cloud deployment is available on demand, so client data doesn't have to leave your perimeter. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isn't retained beyond the migration, and is never used to train a model — and the audit trail records every action taken on it.
