CRM data migration your team can trust on day one.

Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics — accounts, contacts, pipelines, and activity history migrated with deduplication, ownership rules, and every record checked before your reps ever see it. Cutover on a weekend, not a quarter.

For RevOps and sales operations leaders switching CRMs, who need reps to trust the data on day one.

How Settle runs it

01
Connect

Connect directly, drop files, or paste a DDL — Settle profiles both sides before any mapping begins.

02
Discover

Settle reads your schemas and real data, then asks the questions that live in your experts' heads.

03
Configure

Every mapping and transform proposed with a confidence score — where the agent can't decide, it asks instead of guessing.

04
Export

Reconciliation, integrity, and a dry run — then load with one click, or take the full package.

05
Validate

Settle loads, checks every record, fixes what fails, and re-runs — then simulates your real workflows in the target's own front end.

Days, not months

Exceptions surfaced up front — not at cutover.

Every record validated

Five deterministic gates, before and after load.

Fixed, scoped price

Scoped to your migration. No billable-hour meter.

From a customer
We don't have a data team, and we didn't need one. Settle did the heavy lifting, flagged the few things that needed our call, and let us check every record before it landed. Easily the smoothest system change we've made.

Questions

How are duplicates handled?

Deduplication is part of the migration, not an afterthought. Matching rules are proposed by the agent, reviewed by your team, and applied deterministically — so the same rule handles every record, and merge decisions are recorded in the audit trail rather than made silently.

Will we lose activity history?

No — history is migrated and verified like everything else. Activities, notes, and attachments are mapped to the target's model, and validation compares what should be in the target against what's actually there, record by record, so gaps surface before your reps ever log in.

How long does a CRM migration take?

Most CRM migrations complete in days. The mapping is fast; the time goes into deduplication decisions and validation passes. We scope it up front with a fixed price, and you see the full result in a dry run before anything commits.

How is ownership and territory mapping handled?

Ownership rules surface during discovery — how owners map between systems, what happens to records owned by departed reps, how territories translate to the new model. The agent proposes a rule for each case, your team reviews and approves, and the engine applies them deterministically, so the same rule handles every record and every decision lands in the audit trail.

Can we run both CRMs in parallel during cutover?

Yes — a parallel window is a common pattern. Settle stages the load so the new CRM is validated while the old one stays live, and reconciliation checks compare the two before the switch. Most teams keep the window short: once every record is verified in the target, running two systems adds cost without adding confidence.

What does this migration cost?

Every migration is priced fixed and scoped — no billable-hour meter, no seat pricing. Consulting-led delivery for comparable migrations typically runs $75K–$600K for most programs and $600K–$1.5M+ at enterprise scale; Settle typically comes in at roughly half the consulting-led equivalent. Book a scoping call and you'll have your number.
